NPS for POS allows ecommerce merchants to collect Net Promoter Score feedback from customers after each POS sale. The app enables staff to easily gather customer feedback by rating their experience from 0 to 10 with optional comments. Merchants can track their overall NPS score, view trends over time, compare performance across locations, and export responses to CSV. Additionally, users can customize the language settings for customer feedback in English, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
