No proper support. App not working intermittently. What is the point in listing this ?

It is an excellent free app for shopify store, being a start up and still on my ladder towards becoming a big fish someday, I always look for free app that helps with my small business. I had a little issue but was immediately resolved by the team for free. What a great bonus.
