The contact form stopped working around June 2024. I was informed by one of my customers that it wasn’t functioning, and as a result, I likely lost customers. When I checked the settings page, it took quite a while to load. I suspect there was an update that my store somehow missed, which caused the contact form to stop working. It is functioning now after I accessed the settings page, but I probably lost valuable customers during that time.

We just enroll this app into our company website. However, we find one of the app function interface is too cumbersome, needed improvement due to the natural of our business. After feedback to OC Product Enquiry, the developer Ajay response swiftly and take our feedback seriously and subsequently made the necessarily changes. This change will benefit more user dimensions. Really appreciate Ajay's understandings and kind assistance to modify the app. Good job!
