We have worked with Ometrics for a long time. John with Ometrics is great. They are good people, and their chat and software fulfill a number of important roles. We were particularly focused on increasing revenue and AOV, along with reporting on user behavior and conversations to gain valuable business insights with monthly custom reports via our Pro plan. We had great rapport with Ometrics, and we are grateful for their support.

This a great set up with really helpful and friendly support staff. Could not recommend them enough. It is easy and simple to learn and maintain. Any issues I have come across have been resolved easily and quickly

Ometrics Ochatbot has only been easy to setup with the Pro plan and our sales through Ochatbot have increased 46% and our revenues have doubled. We have also seen a reduction in support and sales questions. We highly recommend working with them as they are very responsive and supportive.

Ometrics Ochatbot is a key asset to our Shopify store. Our sales per user through Ochatbot have increased from 13.40% to 45.36%. Ochatbot's AI becomes smarter each month answering customer questions and providing advice on the best product for our customers needs. We love working with them. Highly recommend Ochatbot!
