App looks great onsite and the customer support (Ivana) was very helpful and responsive in setting up and testing our quiz. Great customer service/people! The app/tech itself is a little clunky: 1. They use external integrations for all results - it doesn't carry the results emails natively (even the simplest ones that would just send a copy of the results) so for simple alerts to customers and sales teams you need to set up more complicated external app integrations. 2. No way to see customer paths. For more complex sales, it would be helpful to see the exact path each customer took and/or their answer to each question which isn't possible. You can only see the link to their results page which is useful but lacks context, especially for more complex sales where different accessories/upsells could be offered if the sales team was aware of the customer path/answers. 3. Relatively Expensive: for the amount of work that needs to be done to set it up (plus the above limitations) the app is pretty expensive. I honestly didn't do too much research into alternatives so that's on me. Also, I have four brands so rolling this out across four stores would be incredibly expensive if we decide to do it. Right now we are testing to see the ROI. We look forward to more development on the app that hopefully addresses the technical issues, and perhaps a tiered pricing program for larger companies with multiple stores.

Ariel and Ivana were incredibly supportive throughout the conversation, They were very much responsive, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their expertise and dedication made the process seamless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

The product is great and easy to use. We've had great success capturing emails and sales with our quizzes. Most importantly, though, the customer support is top-notch. I've been using Octane for several years now. Whenever I have a question or issue, I send over an email, and I get quick, helpful, thorough responses immediately (Ivana and Ariel are part of the support team and have been incredibly helpful always). I highly recommend this great product and service!

Ivana and Ariel helped us with some design issues we were having with text wrapping in the middle of a word. The team looked into the issue, resolved it and provided the CSS code of the update. I appreciate their communication and quick resolution.
