You are not informed that you need to have a shopify plan above basic, until you download and open the app
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, the Shopify App Store currently lacks a dedicated section to clearly communicate plan restrictions before installation. We appreciate your feedback and we’ve already added the information that Carrier Service API access is required for the app proper functioning.
