Exceptional support. You can reach them by chat, and they do respond. If the issue is bigger, like I had, you can plan an online meeting. The stock sync works. Order sync I'm still reviewing. Didn't try product sync.

Finally an Odoo-Shopify integration that works – and comes with great support. Before discovering this app, we were using a third-party integration within Odoo itself. It was a nightmare: complex to set up, overloaded with unnecessary configuration, constantly breaking, and completely unusable with multiple warehouses. Worst of all, support was nonexistent – we wasted countless hours trying to troubleshoot things on our own.
