No support received after installing app. We reached out to them on November 30th 2024. Tristan Ng, the developer from OK Product Personalizer replied us on 30th November saying he will fix problem but till today when i am updating this review (26 Dec 2024) nothing is done. Already 1 month subscribtion is charged to us and developer stopped responding after December 17, 2024

Great, this app meets all my needs perfectly! So many functions and also easy to set up. Another notable aspect for me is the excellent quality of the custom service.^_^
