I was evaluating this app for my Shopify store and needed some assistance before deciding whether to subscribe. Nearly a month ago, I contacted Omega through this app’s live chat. Since the automated system asked me to categorize my request, I selected the “Critical Issue” option in the hope of reaching a support representative more quickly. Unfortunately, apart from the automatic acknowledgement message, I never received any follow-up from a real support agent. As a potential customer, I expected at least a response before deciding whether to subscribe. In my opinion, if a company cannot provide basic pre-sales support, it raises concerns about the level of assistance customers can expect afterward. Based on this experience, I decided not to subscribe and chose a different solution instead.
