Clawgs review for Synctrack: Returns & Exchanges

Best returns and exchanges app I've found!.. and I've tried several. Easy to use platform that has ton's of options to control your return process and workflow however you want - including complex workflows where you can allow exchanges for certain items and/or return reasons and not allow exchanges for other items and/or return reasons.. or only allow refunds for certain items, etc. Although the app is great, what makes it the BEST is their customer service and development team. When I asked them if their app could do something that it couldn't do, they didn't just dismiss me and say "no, our app can't do that... tough luck", like other return apps said to me. Instead, they said "that's a good idea! Our app currently doesn't have that capability, but we'll get our development team on it!". Then, about a month later, they released a massive update that does everything I asked for with a simple and intuitive interface. If you want a great return and exchanges app with a stellar customer service and development team that cares about your needs and works to make the app function exactly as you need it to, THIS IS YOUR APP!
