It´s a great app for feed management and the service is very fast, friendly and super helpful. Communication is always quick and so far it was possible to set up all adjustments that we wanted. Very happy with it so far.

Ich nutze die App, um meine Produkte bei Otto zu integrieren und bei Google Shopping hochzuladen. Am Anfang war ich etwas überfordert und wusste nicht, wo ich anfangen sollte. Aber der Support hat mir sofort bei der Einrichtung geholfen und alle meine Fragen schnell beantwortet. Ein großes Lob an den Support – wirklich top! Es gab zwar ein paar kleinere Fehler in der App, aber die wurden immer super schnell behoben. Ich bin auch beeindruckt von den vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten, die die App bietet. So kann man den Feed und die Integration ganz nach den eigenen Bedürfnissen personalisieren. Die App läuft insgesamt sehr gut und ich bin rundum zufrieden. Zusammengefasst kann ich die App nur weiterempfehlen. Bis jetzt hatte ich nur positive Erfahrungen und wenn mal ein Problem aufgetaucht ist, wurde es durch die Entwickler sofort behoben.

I highly recommend the Mulwi Shopping Feeds App, which we have had the opportunity to work with since the launch of our store. Mulwi has EXCELLENT customer service. We rarely have any issues with the product datafeed, but on occasion we have had to reach out. They are extremely responsive, and always very helpful. Our issues are always resolved quickly. Wonderful product.
