Excellent customer support and responsiveness. I needed help with configering the feed a couple of times and the response from the Omega team was the best I have received from any app developer yet.

We required a tool to create automated product feeds in CSV format for a partner and we have had no issues. Required a little coding on our end to get the result we needed, but works brilliantly. Can strongly recommend this for those in the need of automating feeds. EDIT: Their customer service is brilliant - super quick and helpful.

The support is AMAZING! We needed a little hand holding to get this set up, but it wasnt an issue because Omega support always responded within 24 hours, and mostly right away. The feed is working great - very happy with it!

Seems easy to use and install. Not quite sure of the effectiveness of this App or exactly where it promotes as we mainly concentrate our marketing to our local economy. Will update review when I have more information.

We are using thin app in several stores. It is easy to use and powerful. We had some issues last week with one of the feed, but Alexei and his team solved within days. I would recommend it!

They helped us making a custom feed for a local marketplace and after one week they added also a premade feed for that marketplace. They have very good and fast support and if you want an app that outputs xml and in specific some custom xml , this is the app you are looking for!

If you ever need a feed this is the app. Many available premade feeds but if you want a custom feed its possible too. So customisable and the support is excellent and willing to help, dont hesitate to ask. They are also very good at what they do, no back and forths for endless days untill you get what you need, they know what they are doing and will deliver spot on. Combine it with the very generous free plan and a low priced paid plan when you need it this is the best app of its kind for me and my needs.

We’ve been searching everywhere for a way to sync our Shopify products to the Zalora marketplace and none of which works in a satisfactory manner until weeks later when we chanced upon the Omega Shopping Feeds. This is a god sent (and with the help of Alexei from Omega) we managed to get the entire SKU feed exported and seamlessly synced with the Zalora Singapore marketplace. Additionally, the developer of this app is very helpful and proactive in resolving any issues that I had in the course of using this feed. Moreover, there’s also quite a number of third party channels that this Shopify extension supports — I would highly recommend that you give this app a go if you’re looking for a way to scale your business to other marketplaces from your Shopify base.
