日本でよく利用されているLINEとShopifyのアカウントを連携するというアプリにおいては他になかなかないものがあります。 しかし、複数のロケーションに対応しておらず、総在庫の総数で在庫の入荷通知を判定しています。 店舗とECでShopify管理をしている場合には使えません。 レコメンド機能は、入荷待ち登録した商品がおすすめ商品として配信されるなど、問題点が散見されます。
レビューをご記入いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 ご指摘いただいた通り、2025年3月時点では、再入荷通知機能において在庫の有無を判定するロケーションを選択することができず、全ロケーションの総在庫数に基づいた仕様となっております。 また、レコメンド機能につきましても、いずれかのロケーションに在庫がある商品が対象となるため、店舗とECの在庫を分けて運用されている場合には、ご期待に添えないケースがあるかと存じます。 現在、ロケーションごとの在庫管理に対応するアップデートを検討しており、今回のご意見も開発チームに共有させていただきました。 今後もより使いやすいサービスを目指して改善を続けて参ります。
