We are a newcomer in Shopify and found a lot of difficulties when setting up the website, while OMNI supports us in the ways they could offer and helped us to inplement the loyalty system and customer page setup, which are effectively enhanced our website vibes and image to our new customers. The features and visual are great and impressive. I would recommend this app for all the stores.

I would like to highly commend Stuart from OMNI for his exceptional support since I transitioned our membership rewards to OMNI. Recently, a customer encountered an issue where their previous spent amount was lost after an update. Stuart promptly worked with the engineers to create a manually adjustable tier, allowing me to compensate the customer fairly. His dedication and problem-solving skills are truly impressive. Highly recommended!

The app has been a valuable addition to our store, offering features like membership tiers, loyalty points, product redemption, and pay-with-points options that align well with our needs. Its straightforward interface makes it easy to track points and redeem rewards, helping us keep members engaged and strengthen customer loyalty. The support team, including consultants and engineers, has been professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the setup and beyond. While the app already performs well, we look forward to future enhancements in the interface and new features to expand marketing and CRM capabilities.
