I would like to highly commend Stuart from OMNI for his exceptional support since I transitioned our membership rewards to OMNI. Recently, a customer encountered an issue where their previous spent amount was lost after an update. Stuart promptly worked with the engineers to create a manually adjustable tier, allowing me to compensate the customer fairly. His dedication and problem-solving skills are truly impressive. Highly recommended!

I recently started using the loyalty program, and I must say it's incredibly easy to use. The interface is user-friendly, making it simple to track points and redeem rewards. Everything is straightforward, and I never have to guess what to do next. Also integrated with Shopify POS, making O2O very seamless.
