This app has simplified the way customers are able to ask questions. The analytics feature is a great way to measure each channel's effectiveness which is great.

this was so easy to set up, it took 90 seconds to get implemented to our specifications. really lite-weight, didn't require any sensitive integrations which is a huge plus. so far, so good!
