support is great! quick and very helpful
The admin is really helpful when I have problem to configure my products in Shopify.
Have been using the app since 2023 and we’ve had a great experience. The app works exactly as expected and makes EU Omnibus compliance much easier to manage within Shopify. What truly stands out is the support. Their customer service is exceptionally fast, friendly, and helpful. Every question or request we’ve had was handled professionally and efficiently, and they genuinely care about merchants using their app.
This app has been an absolute game-changer for our store! Staying compliant with the EU Omnibus Directive felt overwhelming at first, but Complimus made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It automatically displays the lowest prior price on our products, so we know we're always meeting legal requirements without any manual work on our end. The setup was incredibly easy — up and running in minutes — and it integrates perfectly with our Shopify theme. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn't slow down our storefront at all. We selected Omnibus Pricing because it includes Shopify discount codes as well. It was easy to upload, easy to use. You can easily translate the English default texts and design it to your store. The support is awesome: I had several questions to be able to understand everything correctly, to have a little more design to the buttonts, I got answer mostly within a day. Thank you for the support again, Romain, it means a lot to us! Definitely recommend this app.

We've been using this app for around 6 months now and can highly recommend. Makes it easy to follow GDPR guidelines. They even added a new feature to help showing the correct lowest prior price when using discount codes. Customer support is always 5/5.
