Pulse NPS, Surveys & Feedback is an enterprise-level customer experience suite that allows merchants to track NPS and customer feedback, analyze it with AI, and take real-time actions to prevent churn. It enables the creation and deployment of surveys across various channels like websites, email, SMS, ads, mobile apps, and in-store. The feedback reports are detailed and segmented by different criteria such as channel, location, and brand. The app also provides alerts for real-time responses to customer objections and utilizes NLP to identify key issues for proactive management of feedback.
We wanted an app that can do surveys both on the thank you page and after the order is received and after testing a lot of apps we settled with this one. The team was super nice and extended our trial for another 2 months, and also helped answer our questions. So far we're very happy and 100% reccommend!
