OmniForms

OmniForms is a Shopify App that allows merchants to build contact, survey, registration, wholesale, and multi-step forms and popups with a drag-and-drop builder, without the need for any code. It offers features like adding custom fields such as file uploads, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates, and product selectors, as well as using conditional logic to show or hide fields. Merchants can match forms to any theme, block spam with reCAPTCHA, honeypot, and IP limiting, send automated email notifications, manage submissions from one dashboard, export to CSV, and track UTMs.
