There is no US support and the support said it would take 7-15 days to get back with me. That is not acceptable

Worst app ever! Don't fall to this FREE app but will invoice/charge you a huge amount even the app does nothing. It won't upload products to marketplace, courier is limited to Grab, QuadX and Entrego and cannot add anything. A lot of glitch and not user friendly navigation. What it does? only to sync orders, products. No delete button to channels and location. Regret installing this app. No doubt why they only have few reviews and not sure they leave 5 star reviews. This app should be reported to Shopify!

great app! i use omnirio for regulating all our stocks across different platforms such as shopee, lazada, tiktok and shopify. stock syncing is almost instant and they have an impressive bundle feature which allows a bundle to automatically become unavailable should one of its components go out of stock.
