Cartly has been amazing for our store. We needed some custom options for our cart that we just couldn't build natively in Shopify, and the Cartly team worked right alongside our developer to make it happen. The cart runs blazing fast, and the results speak for themselves: our conversion rate jumped from 5-6% up to a solid 7-8%! Support is generally very easy to work with. A quick tip: make sure you come to them with clear examples of what you need if its not out the box for the cart. If you do, it honestly feels like you're getting custom development for free. We have a custom solution on that before cartly was always breaking and now it works fantastic. Highly recommend!

App has good potential but customer service is very poor. They promised they would do some customization work on the cart drawer for me within a few hours but it's been 48 hours and still nothing has been done with no updates. In that time I have found another app that is better cheaper and the customer support is a lot faster.
