App has good potential but customer service is very poor. They promised they would do some customization work on the cart drawer for me within a few hours but it's been 48 hours and still nothing has been done with no updates. In that time I have found another app that is better cheaper and the customer support is a lot faster.

App works very well, it has bunch of features other apps do not have. Maryna from their support is super helpful! 10/10 App!

Zia was incredibly helpful and clear in his guidance. I had a fairly specific question about automatically adding items to cart, and he broke down the different options in a way that was easy to understand and actionable. I appreciated how he explained Product Add-ons, Upsell Rules, and Custom Rewards without overcomplicating it.

Der Support ist echt super. Ich hatte ein komplexes Problem, das sich auch mit Hilfe von KI nicht lösen lies. Aber der Suppert hat sich echt Zeit genommen und konnte das Problem beheben

This cart does an absolutely amazing job and the dev are on top of things. I find the app to be very intuitive and easy to work with while also having a ton of customization if you work with the dev. It does everything I want it to do and have to say really helped quite a bit on conversion. I also have to shout out Val that does an awesome job!

Was assisted by Javid, I was connected with an advisor within literally a minute of waiting. Javid was so helpful and when I was informed that my request was not possible within the application, he wrote me custom code to fix it and solved it within ten minutes! Couldn't have received any better service. Thank you!!

Simple to use app with great functionality. I had a slight issue with some formatting, but the customer support was super helpful, and resolved the issue without any struggles. And it's one of few cart apps that provide the option to add the "agree to terms and conditions" checkbox, which was a vital function for us.
