SCAM APP! Basic features like blocking duplicate email and phone submissions DOESN'T WORK. Cost my startup MONEY from customers submitting duplicate submissions, then the app charged on top of it. The developer had NO CLUE how to fix his own app, claimed the feature I wanted, that already existed in his app was an ENTERPRISE level feature, then refunded me, uninstalled the app and blocked me. REPORTING THIS APP FOR FRAUD. P.S. His reply is B.S. claiming "advanced, enterprise-grade fraud prevention and custom checkout blocking rules" just to handle basic blocking of duplicate email or phone number submissions? LMAO WTF? This guy needs to fix his app or GTFO! He then refunded and removed the app, without my permission, which caused me to LOSE all MY WORK and COLLECTED CUSTOMER DATA!
Hi Nick, We need to correct two false statements in your review for the sake of transparency. 1) 'Scam' Claim: As you admitted in your own text, we issued you a full refund immediately when it became clear our app wasn't a fit. We do not keep money from unhappy customers. 2) 'Lost Data' Claim: This is factually incorrect. Our app syncs all signups to your Shopify Admin > Customers page in real-time. You have full possession of every email collected; we did not and cannot delete them from your shop. Regarding the feature dispute: You requested enterprise-level device fingerprinting (to block users who bypass standard IP checks) on our basic $4.99 plan. Because we could not support that specific custom requirement, we processed your refund and parted ways. We wish you the best with your store.
