Facturation abusive sur une période où je n'ai pas utilisée l'appli. Malgré mes demandes insistantes de remboursement, je n'ai pas obtenu gain de cause. Alors très déçue !

Needed assistance, used chat, got help immediately and within 2 minutes my issue was resolved (of course was my fault). Great customer service, super friendly, and super easy!

Great app that does exactly what it says on the tin! Needed support around a query over upgrading - sent a message on chat and got a response that they were closed on the weekends and they would come back to me - but low and behold Eugene reached out immediately and solved my issue on a Sunday evening - great customer service going above and beyond!! Thank you!

This is such a fantastic APP to use. Intuitive, simple and easy to setup with brilliant features. And the ability to remove the "Powered by 1ClickPopup" without paying a monthly subscription is an absolute game changer for a small seasonal business like us - thank you. Great app, super easy to use and the banners are fairly customizable. I was able to create a nice looking pop up in less than 5 minutes.
