excellent customer service from OneID as they helped me to install the free app on my online store to verify age before checkout. They always replied promptly to emails and made sure that I was happy throughout the process. Thank you

The intergration with Shopify works well. It's great when the automatic "silent" check works but we find there's a lot of push back from the customer if they are asked to verify via their online bank. Most customers aren't aware of OneID and are worried about it being some sort of online scam. That should improve with better awareness.
