Ricky from OnePixel deserves every bit of recognition. I've been struggling with TikTok pixel setup for days — went through multiple apps, tried manual installations, nothing worked. Ricky jumped in, diagnosed the issue immediately. His knowledge is next level and his patience is even better. This is the kind of support that makes you stick with an app forever. We only have downloaded the app so I can not give that a full review as of yet . But the customer service has been very good to help with some things I needed to sort out from my end . I will come back again after some usage of the app . Luxury Interiors . Ireland .

I hope the DEV team can "skin in the game" and consider sending more complete data. Currently, the "Browser ID (fbp)" and "Click ID (fbc)" fields are missing, causing Ads Manager to be slower to identify users. This app only received an 8 out of 10 rating from EventsManager for its data submissions. *Edite 16.3.2026: OnePixel has completed fixed this issues. I confirmed it. This is very important for ecommerce. Thank you for quick support, OnePixel.
