Clean Folks Club review for OneShip

The app is great if all goes well. If not, reaching out for assistance is hard. They take much longer than the courier itself to get back. This is why despite Nicol's plea, I will not increase the rating on my review. I stand by how difficult it is to get compensation on lost parcels. I currently have two pending cases for lost parcels, with evidence by the courier that they have issued a credit note to Oneship more than 2 months ago. But yet Oneship refuses to give me any update till now.
