OneWithdraw is a Shopify App designed to help ecommerce merchants comply with the European Union's right of withdrawal directive (EU 2023/2673) easily and without any coding required. It provides customers with a 'Cancel my order' button in their account, along with a shareable public form. The app automatically calculates the legal 14-day withdrawal period and allows merchants to manage out-of-time requests. Customers receive an email acknowledgment immediately, and merchants are notified of each request, with a dashboard keeping track of all withdrawals.
