OneWithdraw is an app designed to help ecommerce merchants comply with the European Union's right of withdrawal directive (EU 2023/2673) easily and without the need for any coding. The app features a 'Cancel my order' button in the customer account, along with a shareable public form. It automatically calculates the 14-day legal withdrawal period and allows merchants to manage requests outside this timeframe. Customers receive an email acknowledgment immediately, and merchants are notified of each request, with a dashboard keeping track of all interactions.
