Horrible customer service! They don't respond to emails or messages on Facebook. I have been waiting for an order from them for over a month and no reply. I would suggest getting them off your platform. ZERO STARS

I wanted to use this app to provide some custom embroidered hats. It took almost a week to get my artwork approved and has been 5 days sense I placed an order and I have heard nothing. The app shows that I have no invoices. I want to like this app and service, but so far, I am not impressed.

I wont to delete my card details before deleting the app, there is no way i can do that and the products ive printed on that was approved, when you look on my website all the approved products are sold out. Ive tired many emails and a support request no reply nothing

When you delete the app, all user data including your card is automatically deleted. Please email us at ecommercebrandacademy@gmail.com if the support email does not work.
