I want to recommend Onport to any multi site shopify owner that will get the inventory management off his back and let Onport help them with all the back end operations. Onport has helped my business in tremendous ways, our business would not be the same if we wouldn't found this awesome and robust app. It helped us to manage dropship vendors, fulfillment, order processing and save us a ton of time. The team at Onport is always friendly and willing to help if you open a ticket and a vast knowledge based documentation in their website as well. We've been using Onport (previously 'Jetti') for 3 years+ now and I don't think we could have built our business as well if it wasn't for them. Not only have they always really honored their clients and done as much as possible to execute on fixes and support in a timely manner but the software, the product itself has features for pretty much everything and more that you need to run and scale a marketplace. I'm a very happy with Onport and to have been along for the ride from the early days. They keep getting better and grow in features etc as the times demand. Thanks Onport team. Great software for a solid marketplace integration. We've been using jetti for over two years now and it has a friendly backend for easy set-up, and since starting they've created many more useful documents for how to do different processes. Jetti offers integrations with most major platforms (Shopify, Big Commerce, WooCommerce, etc) and has been easy for our vendors to use if they like (though they rarely do because jetti syncs to their store. Customer service has proven helpful in their responses offering solutions. Good UI.
