Wir arbeiten erst seit kurzem mit dieser App, sind aber von Stunde eins an begeistert. Trotz der Komplexität des Themas ist die App wirklich einfach zu bedienen und gut strukturiert. Der Support ist unglaublich. Unser Wunsch nach Auflistung der einzelnen Kartenanbieter auf dem Z Bon wurde sofort umgesetzt. Sollte trotz allem noch eine Frage aufkommen, wird diese entweder im Videocall beantwortet oder es wird ein persönliches Erklärvideo zugesandt. Wir können diese App guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und möchten gar nicht mehr ohne arbeiten.

Highly recommend this app for German offline stores who use POS. The default shopify TSE app is not really adhering to German laws. So openfiscal is the best app for this and Ferry has been always reachable and super helpful as well

We can highly recommend the OpenFiskal app. It makes compliance with DE / AT regulations extremely simple. Also, the team is "all-in" to help their clients: super fast response, proactive communication, immediate fixes to any issues that might appear. 10/10 Keep up the great work Ferry!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App. Die Einbindung war unkompliziert und schnell. Außerdem bietet die OpenFiskal App ausgezeichneten Kundenservice – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weiter so!

Das Einrichten von der TSE und Zusammenspiel mit dem Support war denkbar einfach. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und wissen nun, dass wir mit Ferry einen kompetenten Ansprechpartner bei OpenFiskal haben. 5/5
