Absolutely amazing app and even better team! We ran into an issue, and their support team jumped in immediately — they were even helping us late at night to make sure everything was fixed. No hassle, no back-and-forth, just fast and friendly support. The app itself works perfectly and does exactly what we need. Super smooth experience overall. Perfekt! Besser geht es nicht, tolle App, sehr bedienerfreundlich und ein sehr schneller und zuverlässiger Support! Ich nutze auch die App "Meldefluss" dazu, optimal für die Kassenmeldung beim Finanzamt. Vielen Dank, sehr empfehlenswert!

5 Sterne sind zu wenig der Support ist gefühlt immer erreichbar System funktioniert 1A. Wer auf Qualität und deutsch sprachigen Support setzt ist hier richtig . Mit besten Grüßen Polskashop24

5 Sterne - und wenns ginge auch noch einen sechsten Stern Nach Umstieg von einer "normalen" Registrierkassensoftware auf Shopify POS, habe ich nach Recherche OpenFiskal runtergeladen. Das Einrichten der App ist eigentlich super easy - jedoch hab ich nur die Hälfte gelesen und beachtet und so musste ich um Rat - zuerst per E-Mail und dann per Chat - fragen. Ich habe bis zur Lösung meines Problems (von mir als DAU verursacht) schnelle und sehr freundliche Unterstützung erfahren. Top!

Ich hatte wirklich Horror vor sooo viel Technik... Das ist einfach nicht mein Ding. Allerdings hatte ich mit dem Support von OpenFiskal die besten Leute an der Hand, die mir von Anfang an meine Bedenken genommen haben. Es hat zu jeder Zeit immer alles geklappt. Das System funktioniert einfach und reibungslos und sollte tatsächlich Unterstützung nötig sein, funktioniert diese hervorragend. Lieber Ferry, ich danke dir sehr. Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für dich. Wenn ich noch einmal einen Shop eröffnen sollte gibt es für mich gar kein anderes System mehr als dieses.
