Ferry knew exactly how to correct my problem and directed me through videos and screen shots. I thought I would be on support for an hour, but we got it solved in about 10 minutes. It is extremely refreshing to have a real person with competence. I absolutely hate that Shopify is all bots. They waste my time and make me angry.. it's always a vicious circle.
