Shopifyと連携できるロジスティクスサービスをいくつか比較しましたが、連携機能のフィット感で選びました。 特に、弊社の複雑なセット組み商品などにも対応できるのはオープンロジのみだったので。 現在3年以上使っていますが、使い勝手は非常によく、他社に乗り換える予定はありません。
倉庫とShopifyが自動連携しているので、基本的にオーダー受注から発送まで全て自動で、弊社のように少人数で運営しているオンラインショップでは発送作業を全て任せられるのはとても助かります。ほとんどの場合、祝祭日を除いてほとんど翌日発送可能なので購入から発送までの時間的にも顧客満足度も高いです。
Shopifyでの販売サイト立ち上げ時から使用しています。お客様の一回あたりの商品購入数が多いので、一括でデータ取り込み＆配送依頼ができのはとても便利です。なるべく配送には社員の労力をかけたくないので、多少の費用をかけても自動化するべきだと思いました。
ShopifyとAPI連携でPlug and Playで使用できセットアップは非常に簡単。日時指定も特別なアプリを入れる必要なく指定コードをLiquidにコピペするだけでOK。（細かい日時指定の設定をしたい場合は別）カスタマーサポートも迅速で何かあっても即応してくるれので安心。
