Absolutely love Optim! The entire company is finally on the same page and speaking the same language. Returns through Loop completely throw off revenue data. Now we don't even bother with the Shopify dashboard. Optim at a glance shows % of new vs repeat, International orders, gross (minus $0 orders). true net, best sellers, AOV - everything you need. Any deep dives you want to do they are there. Basically everything you would want Shopify to have but for some reason they don't. And it's always accurate, unlike the Shopify and especially unlike their bot.
