Je cherchais pendant des heures une applications qui me permettrait de laisser le libre choix à mes clients de personnaliser un «coffret» à partir des 78 variantes que je propose. Et j’ai fini par la trouver, une application qui fait le travail et gratuitement! Le support est réactif et a su répondre à mes attente rapidement. Je recommande vivement!

YOU NEED THIS APP!! I spent SO long looking for a product variation app that allows you to fully customise your products for personalisation including price add-ons, colour swatches and file uploads but this app has EVERYTHING you could think of! The best part is there is absolutely no added costs! You get live chat support from their team of experts who can help you to customise how your forms look on your product pages, even down to the finest details. I spoke with a lovely lady called Mikha who assisted me to move the location of my forms and change the borders around my image swatches to blend with my website more. She helped me to submit feature requests such as enlarging my colour swatches when people hover over them and made sure I was happy with my themes layout. Mikha was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to! I could not recommend this app enough to anyone that needs personalisation options for their products! The app is very easy to use and you can set multiple options for different products along with duplicating previous ones, saving time when your listings have different requirements but the same base.

Such a wonderful app! It has all the features of the other variant product apps without the insane monthly fee and of the 3 similar apps I tried before settling on this one, it has by far the most easy to use UI configuration utility. Support was also super helpful escalating a bug I found to be fixed same day and going above and beyond to help me configure my custom CSS. I can't recommend this app enough.

The interface is great, but it does not work. I connected the personalization I did to a product and it simply does not show the options for it.
Hi VIP Maids, we're saddened that you left us a 1-star review without reaching out to us first. Some themes are not supported yet because of the theme structure. But we can fix it in just a few hours. Our support ([email protected]) will email you so they can help you with the issue.

Best decision to do a search to replace my current product options app! Optionize is such a breeze with user friendly interface, which makes it easier for me to set up fields for the ease of my customers to input their request. Most importantly, Optionize chat support is absolutely quick and answers my questions professionally. Definitely switching out my old app to Optionize and can't wait to see more new feature offerings!

Optionize is a ✨ MUST-HAVE ✨ if you have variants in your products. I wanted to give it a try and it was my best decision in terms of variant customization apps. It's like an all in one for your products, you have color swatches, text boxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, add a separate price on each customization, everything you need for your customers to be able to select every last customization of your products. Not only that, but Lee is a great professional, he was super fast and I asked him for a couple of adjustments for my store www.crearten.com so that everything was according to my store style and in less than 24 hours it was all done. I highly recommend her for small and big stores, Optionize is a great option, no doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
