We were previously using a costly competitor for our order syncing and made the switch over to Netsuite's own ERP Connector. Thus far, we're very happy with this decision: syncing has been consistent and the pricing is much, much better. Netsuite guided our team through the set-up process and has remained responsive. If your business is also a Shopify + Netsuite business, we'd highly consider taking a look at this app for fast and accurate order syncing between the two platforms.

Netsuite account doesn't work for this login, and support has been unresponsive after multiple emails and weeks.

We use the Netsuite Connector for all of our Netsuite integrations for Shopify, Shipstation, and Amazon Seller Central. The app has worked well and is easy to use. Volume of transactions has not been an issue. The shortfall from 5 stars would be the inability to edit some back-end logic and connection without having to reach out to support. Would be awesome as well if the Amazon Settlement reports were summarized for each period for easy Audit and error true up. Otherwise, this fits our needs well.
