Hands down one of the best popup apps on Shopify. Super easy to use, super flexible, and you can tweak everything exactly how you want without any headache. But real talk the support team is insane. These guys actually care. No copy paste replies, no waiting forever. You message them and they jump in and fix things right away. Feels like you have a dev team on standby. The app itself is crazy modular too. You can build any kind of popup you want. Email capture, discounts, announcements, upsells, you name it. You are never stuck with one boring layout. If you are serious about growing your store and using popups properly, this app is a no brainer. Solid product, solid people, zero stress. Highly recommend

Honestly, I installed this app thinking it would be just another popup app and that I’d have to figure things out myself. But the support team completely surprised me. I had some theme issues and the popup wasn’t looking exactly how I wanted. I reached out to support and they replied super fast, understood what I needed, and then fixed everything for me. I literally just shared what I wanted and they customized the popup to match my store perfectly. They even handled theme conflicts and small details I wouldn’t have noticed myself. It really feels like you’re not just using an app, but getting a team that actually cares.

Popup Wizard is an excellent popup solution for Shopify stores. It’s easy to use, highly customizable, and blends perfectly with store branding. The targeting and trigger options are powerful, even on the lower plans, and there are no visitor limits, which is a huge plus. Great for lead capture, promotions, and announcements. Highly recommended for boosting engagement and conversions.

I can be a hard-ass when it comes to customer service but OMG...THIS was THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES i received this morning. They fixed my issue FAST! It was more of a ME issue than it was an issue with the app. Not only are we keeping the app after the trial we are also bringing our 2 other Shopify sites to them and making a HUGE recommendation to our group of entrepreneurs with sites. Support folks could not have been more gracious to help us and you simply don't always get that. If I could give them a 10 star review I would do that in a heartbeat. I HIGHLY encourage store owners to use THIS service!! I'm still blown away at the help I received.

Honestly, this pop up app surprised me. It’s super feature-rich you get pop ups, announcement bars, lock-page options, lead capture fields, all the design controls you could want, and even advanced targeting so you can show the right message at the right time. Everything is in one place and really easy to set up. Didn’t expect this many features in one pop up app!
