Excellent app. Takes a little while to sync products but once it has done that it is very easy to navigate collections and products to advertise them. Lots of customisation possible in terms of the look and feel of the posts, variants of them and schedules. Very good.

Socioh is an amazing app which makes digital marketing a lot easier. Seamless integration between shopify and facebook ads manager makes using store catalogue for retargeting adverts easy! Would definitely recommend.

Socioh is the smart advertiser's Shoelace. We've had months of issues with low CTR%, and poor performing retargeting ads on Facebook. But having onboarded with Socioh, we've seen a lot of improvement in our retargeting ad performance. The app is quite easy to use. The support and team actually care about aligning ad performance with your brand's marketing objectives. I've had the pleasure of working with Karan, Sakhil and Sahiba who've made design challenges seem effortlessly achievable with their proactive attitude and skillset. Highly recommended app for all Shopify stores struggling to supercharge their Dynamic Retargeting. I strongly, strongly encourage anyone comparing the apps available on the app store to choose Socioh, but don't take my word for it, do what I did and compare them all side by side. I can absolutely guarantee that this will be the one you choose. There are just no words to describe the level of our satisfaction with Socioh: both the app itself and the team of individuals. We started our brand over ten years ago and have grown it into an enterprise level fashion brand on the strength of our organic social media marketing. We have over a million followers on Instagram and it is all through unpaid posts. $0 in traditional ad spend over the past 10 years. This year we decided that it was time to pour gas on that fire by exploring paid Facebook advertising. Our social profiles are our most precious assets, and we felt strongly that we needed to find the most capable, trustworthy, accountable and proactive partners to help us manage this expansion of our social strategy. We vetted every single advertising app on the Shopify App store, and we engaged in conversations with a dozen or so New York and West Coast based firms in order to find the perfect fit. From all of our due diligence, it became clear that there was one firm and platform that stood above the rest: Socioh. The greatest advantage that we found with the Socioh platform was that they were able to intelligently resize our photos to make sure that all of our ads were perfectly cropped and displayed. This, and their customer support, which is the best of any vendor (a group of nearly 100) that we work with, were the reasons that made us choose them. Hi everyone, we are using this for 2 months now. Extremely happy with the customer support. Templates for the catalogue are the bestest part. Autopilot posting for FB & Insta works like a dream. So easy to create campaigns & manage them. I would highly recommend this app.

Amazing app & amazing support from the team! This app solved my FB Catalog issues. The designer catalogs are just a godsend & to top all of it, Social Media scheduling features built right into it is cherry on the top. Love the app, Great support! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED.

I rarely write reviews but because of such an exceptionally positive experience I feel impelled to share our experience with Orange Twig (especially since I read a couple negative reviews). By way of context, a bit about us -- we have been running a successful ecommerce site selling world-wide since 1998. As a small and family business ourselves, we appreciate startups (like OT) which are driven by passion and great ideas, but usually have only a few people on staff to start with. We can relate to one person being in charge of, for example, marketing, billing, PR, website development and maintenance--all wearing one hat. In our years running a web-based business we think we've come to know what good customer service looks (and feels)like for the customer. And Orange Twig delivers! We ourselves have been through more web-based providers since 1998 than we can recall, Orange Twig being our most recent. That said, we want to give praise for the Orange Twig app and team: Our experience with OT has been excellent and I could go on, but let's start with numbers-- by the tenth day of our first OT social media campaign our site live-person(non-bot) traffic had doubled (and has remained at that level or more), and, our ratio of sales conversions has also increased a great deal. Another number which I can't quantify would be the hours of my time (as site manager) saved using Orange Twig to handle most of my social media promotion work. So, more hours available because of the time OT saves me is more time I can devote to other aspects of growing our business. As for the app itself: It took me awhile to understand and get it set up to fit my situation. After a few days of trying, when I was still not clear how to do something (having to do with Instagram and templates) OT asked if I wanted a phone call. We set an appointment and she called me from India and patiently walked me through it for over half an hour!(tell me the last time that happened to you from any CS). Reminder that the app is still in Beta, which means that they have still not rolled out all the features they have planned. I have given them input on a possible future feature and they will be trying to incorporate it into a future improvement. So...we give them top rating and hope they continue to grow OT, as it's been a boon to our business. Thank you Akanksha and Neha!

Very very cool tool! I signed up when the app was just leaving beta and I wanted to use it during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. It's now December 1st and I am very impressed! It works like many of the other sales apps, picking the products, selecting the days, setting discount, etc. It then allows you to create a “marketing plan” based on the social platforms you connect to and the number of posts you want to publish each day. (ex. Friday: Twitter 5posts, Facebook 2posts, Instagram 3posts, etc) It then pulls your product images from Shopify and automatically generates some well designed "generic posts" for each day of your sale. All the images and text can be edited as well. You'll need to do some small adjustments on the images and customize the text, but the app makes it 100 times easier than creating each post from scratch. What I really like about the app is the “pre-settings” are smart and designed to get the most out of your sale. For example, I might not have posted seven tweets on black Friday. (I'm not a tweeter) But because the app suggested seven nice images for me to post, I came up with seven different things to tweet about. Another example is how nice the "generic designs" are. All of them work fundamentally well for attracting customers. Big bold font, images arranged with a good flow, little gets cropped or cut off when published. It leaves you to choose the design that works best for your brand's style and not worry about which designs work functionally better than another. You end up with a ton of options which leaves little need for adjustment. If you use my example above, “Friday: Twitter 5posts, Facebook 2posts, Instagram 3posts, etc” you would need 70 posts during a one week sale. This app allows you to organize a large amount of social content and holds you to your marketing goals. As you can tell, I really like this app and the company behind it. Being that it's so new, I have found a few bugs which they were able to fix in an incredibly short amount of time. Which leads me to the best feature of this app, the chat window at the bottom of the interface. You actually get to talk to a real person who can fix problems in a few hours. (during business hours) They're excited to help, want to hear your feedback and are looking for suggestions. You can really tell they are proud of their product and want to make it the best it can be. Which is why I went out of my way to write such a long review. : ) So check it out! I think you’ll be impressed!
