Fantastic experience with Orbe Geolocation! The app is powerful and incredibly flexible for managing international markets, but the real standout is the support. Roberto went above and beyond, providing hands-on, proactive guidance to help us troubleshoot complex Shopify configurations and get everything set up perfectly. If you want a geolocation tool that genuinely cares about your shop's success, I highly recommend Orbe. It has been a total game-changer for our international customers.

We've had a great experience with Orbe as part of our international Shopify setup. The standout feature for us is the flexibility to redirect visitors to localized stores that are running on entirely different shop systems, which made our multi-store architecture much easier to manage. Another major advantage is Orbe's compatibility with Global-e. Since we've been working with Global-e for quite some time, having a geolocation solution that integrates smoothly with our existing setup was essential. The implementation was straightforward, and the app has been reliable in directing customers to the correct regional experience. Overall, Orbe has been a valuable addition to our localization strategy and works very well for businesses operating across multiple storefronts and platforms.
Stellar customer service. We've had to pause shipments to the EU as we get up to speed with the updated regulations. This caused our store to glitch out when viewed by customers in Europe. Mariana and the tech team were very prompt with their response, providing guidance on conflicting settings across Shopify, Orbe and other apps that was causing the glitch. The issue was resolved quickly and smoothly.
Great app for multi market routing, but the support is what made the difference. Roberto guided us through the full setup for Denmark and Germany, explained the catalog and pricing logic clearly, and kept everything on a draft theme so nothing went live before I checked it. Responsive, patient, and no pressure. Happy so far.

Great service and very helpful support. We had an issue with customers landing in the wrong store/country version of our website, and Orbe helped us solve it. They also implemented a layout that made sense for our needs. I definitely recommend the app.

There is no geolocation, it just shows up by default even if you are in the correct country. Kinda useless
Update: This review was left after using the app for a very short time, and before the onboarding was ever completed (as publicly shown by Shopify here). Since then, we've reached out several times to help, to understand the feedback, and to explain a likely misunderstanding, because the app actually does exactly what this merchant was looking for (on our paid plans). We haven't received a reply yet. I think there is a misunderstanding as the app does exactly what you're looking for. What you saw is actually the intended behavior on the Free plan: the welcome popup shows to every visitor so it can confirm and save their country and language preference. The popup won't appear again on subsequent visits. It will render automatically the localized experience for the customer. The behavior you were looking for, where the popup only appears for visitors who land in the wrong country experience, is available on our paid plans, so the app can do exactly what you wanted.
