We've been using Orbe for some time now and highly rate the solution. Not only is the product very strong but their customer service is another level. We had some Google Analytics queries to understand how it will work with the product & Roberto the cofounder was back in touch within the hour - offering a huge amount of knowledge & solving our request. It's not often you get this level of service in this day and age. Thank you Roberto!

Our experience working with Orbe team has been fantastic. Since the beginning of the project they have been very helpful and collaborative, even taking part in meetings and conversations just to give us some advice in SEO and geolocation issues. Our website is composed by five markets and we had very specific requirements however they have solved all our needs and the tool works perfect in every market.

We finally got Orbe working perfectly for us. It took a little bit longer than expected due to our somewhat unique requirements, as the app isn't fully suited to our needs. But Luis and his team helped us out very quickly and walked us through setup while helping us with some workarounds. Would definitely recommend!

Great app - works very well. The customer service for this app is however outstanding. Luis went above and beyond with helpful videos on issues I had which weren't even strictly related to the app! (Markets/ Languages section). Thank you again, Luis. Edit for April 2024: I just wanted to add some additional praise for Roberto as, following an unrelated theme update, I messed up some general settings to do with Markets, and he took the time over a weekend to resolve the coding for me - despite it being unconnected to the Geolocation app. Truly outstanding customer service, yet again!

App works great and the team behind it listens to customer requests and adds new features continuously. They just implemented Klaviyo integration to send the users market/country to Klaviyo on signup which has been really helpful for us.

We initially chose Orbe because of its beautiful UI, but it is also really easy to setup and offer many options. Most important, the customer support which very friendly and helpful. Luis Vicente helped us to install the app exactly as we wanted it to reflect on our store.

I downloaded and installed this app last week and after a few initial setup issues it works perfectly. I tried a few other geolocation apps before using this one, and they caused all kinds of problems. This one works fantastically well. The popup is very user friendly, the selection tool was installed by Orbe's team in my header and looks great + the market specific announcement bar is really helpful. I had another issue that I thought derived from this app, but turns out it was something completely different and Orbe's team found the root of the problem in no time. Great all round experience and I'd look no further for a geolocation app.
