After months of trying to get the 360-view functionality to work properly on our website, we can confidently say this has been an extremely disappointing experience. We invested significant time and money, hiring multiple developers—including the original team who built our website—but no one was able to resolve the issues. The 360 images do not display on the homepage at all, despite being told otherwise. They only appear on the product page, and even there they are not prioritized as the main image. In cases where a product only has a 360 image, nothing shows up on the homepage whatsoever. On top of that, the functionality is inconsistent: it works either on desktop or mobile, but not both at the same time. This makes it practically unusable for a modern e-commerce environment. Communication has also been frustrating. We were sent outdated links, redirected multiple times, and ultimately left to figure things out ourselves. This created the strong impression that we were not properly informed or supported throughout the process. Additionally, during our initial discussions, we were told that only server costs would apply. However, once we proceeded, it turned out that a Shopify subscription was also required—something that was not clearly communicated upfront. This resulted in unexpected extra costs without delivering any real value. Overall, this has been a costly and time-consuming experience with no working solution. We feel misinformed and unsupported, and unfortunately cannot recommend this service based on our experience.
