My experience with Kakaclo drop shipping. At the beginning I didn’t know how to work with them, but I persevered because the options they offer is What goes with my market. First I was frustrated and started to ask questions and they kindly answered to me. Next I was explained their model of work and I had to adjust my expectation on how the system is set up on their side and so far so good I have had very little disappointment on not been able to fulfill 100% of my orders. I think we should accept that it is normal to have a few misses in every business and this one is not the exception. Lately their service has improved a lot and they are always very kind at doing their best to get my orders fulfilled. I do recommend them they are a great company! Nick is one of my contacts at Kakaclo and Nancy was in the past, they have been very responsive to all my requests and all the rest of the team is also very responsive Thank you very much!
