We were spending 3 to 6 hours a day manually calling COD customers to confirm orders. One of our staff used to do nothing else. After installing Robo Call PK, that whole process basically disappeared. The automated calls handle the verification, fake orders get filtered out, and we only follow up on the ones that actually need attention. Reached out to support once about a configuration question and got a proper reply the same day, not some generic template. This app worth every rupee for the time it saves.
