Easy to configure and looks great on my site
support seems to doesn t care if u need something urgent if you are on a free plan. suppose i understand that i have low prio but i can't give 5 starts for that. they also misslead you in the app saying things like "New Version is Live! Upgrade Now" even having a "switch to the new version" button but in fact u have to contact them and wait as they said "3-4" days
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that the migration process and support priority caused frustration. The 3–4 day timeframe is needed because our team carefully migrates and syncs your existing settings, including date and delivery settings, to the new version. We do this to make sure nothing is affected on your live store. The new version also has new features and an updated plan structure, so it requires a proper migration rather than an instant switch. We also understand that the “Upgrade Now” / “Switch to the new version” wording could make it seem like the process would be immediate. We apologize for the confusion and will work on making this clearer. We really appreciate you giving us the opportunity to improve 🙏
It's great to be able to show site visitors their delivery estimate - and the rules are flexible and easy to set up. We needed help to get the email order confirmation working as we needed, and they responded quickly, professionally and resolved the issue for us. I would recommend for sure.
Great service, it's got most of the features you could need from an EDD app. Customer service is always prompt, in fact they even helped me beyond their working hours. Truly commendable service.

Choose this app because you can work with translations and easy setup for different product (i.e. different delivery time for pre order). Had some questions to set up, but fast and good response from Customer service

Delivery Estimator is an excellent app — easy to set up, reliable, and it greatly improves the customer experience by giving clear delivery time expectations. What truly makes the difference is the support team: they were fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. The best delivery estimation app! We've tested several and for the past few months we've been using this one, which is very reliable and offers a huge range of customizable settings. The customer support was also very quick and friendly.
