The support team is extremely hands-on and accommodating, and assisted us with our many requests. We work with a lot of small businesses, so they've also been enjoying how they can fulfill orders autonomously.

We've been searching for years for a solution to automate prioritizing fulfillment flows between our warehouse and multiple brick and mortar locations. Fantastic app! No two ways about it, they have helped grow our business and allowed us to reach out to drop-shippers and completely streamline the entire wholesale side of things. I use OFG to fulfill my order to the correct suppliers. I really like how it just works in the background and everything gets to the right supplier, without any hassle. It's easy to set up and if you have any questions the support team is great!

Say, I receive an order fulfillment request from another store, the order value is $50. But the product price for a reseller is $25 so then how can I receive payments of $25 from a reseller for the price of the products?

We are loving Fulfillment Guru! The app is easy to set up, it saves our team time and orders are more accurate. We used to send drop ship orders manually, which left room for human error and the labels were created right away even if the item wasn't shipping yet, which caused customer confusion. High recommend! Also, the customer service is great. I had a lot of questions and they answer the, fast and accurately.

Leaving two 5 star reviews as we had 2 'child stores' created, to overcome the challenges we were facing with getting Shopify to be able to know which orders to send to which of our warehouses. This app has solved the problem and removed the stress of our main US warehouse having to manually push orders through to our UK warehouse. Thank you to all at Cork Labs for working hard behind the scenes so that we don't have to.

We recently used this software to work around Shopify's constraints with orders containing products from several locations (dropshippers) and the inventory synchronising concerns that come with it. Order Fulfilment Guru entirely eliminates these issues and has proven to be the sole solution for our company because it produces its own virtual locations in addition to the limited Shopify locations. As a consequence, orders (even bundle orders) are processed quickly and efficiently, and you can send a sleek, professional email/portal to your fulfilment provider with exact shipping feedback to your customers. The app support (located in New York) has been the best of any app developer we've worked with. This is a game changer that has cut the number of hours spent manipulating spreadsheets in half.
