This is a game changer for our customer service team! We are able to all know what is going on at all times. In one place and how urgent issues are. I love being able to tag people to bring items to their attention! This is a great 10/10 app!
I truly cannot recommend IssueDesk enough. Not only is it extremely affordable, it’s super user friendly, the support team are so fast with responses, and its developers actually care for its users and take suggestions and feedback seriously. The new option to add attachments to issues is flawless, and being able to configure categories, statuses and add custom fields is great! Honestly, I cannot say this louder… This app is ESSENTIAL to running a customer experience driven company, which I’m sure yours is! DOWNLOAD THE APP NOW AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!
