App is easy to use. I was having an issue pop up that was theme-related, but they got back to me very quickly to give something to try to make sure the app wasn't causing the issue. Great service.

We had a configuration issue with combined minimum quantities not behaving as expected on our B2B products. The MinMaxify team was responsive, patient, and thorough in troubleshooting the issue with us. They walked through replication steps, helped identify the source of the confusion, and ultimately implemented the correct adjustment so the quantity selector now defaults properly while still enforcing our production minimums. Absolutely amazing. Super responsive, fixed a bug we noticed within several hours with the right attention to detail, and their app works exactly how we wanted it to. A+, highly recommend.

Nicolle was extremely helpful and patient. Response time was fast, almost immediate. My issue was resolved and as it turned out I was the cause of the issue. I missed an important step setting up the step quantities and she was able to diplomatically identify what I'd missed. Thank you for the great support!

The customer support team is incredible, and was able to answer my questions quickly & fix the errors I was running into when editing new minimums. I truly appreciate when a company cares and can show quick support so we don't miss out on any orders from down time!

A really good experience with MinMaxify. We had some issues with the app integrating with our theme but the customer service was first rate and it was fixed within a few hours of the original ticket being raised.

First of all, the support is fast and very helpful! The app does exactly what I expect it to do. Set up some very complicated rules with different conditions and it works like a charm!
