So I only had this app installed for about an hour, but I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the responses to the questions I posed even though it was very technical and obscure. We had some unique requirements which they unfortunately do not meet (and I do not think any app does..) but I was hugely impressed with the responsiveness and capability of the support. Give them a try! Other reviews mention the speed of support and I can back that one up. Shout out to a Joan! :)

Great support, they wrote me back in a few minutes and helped me resolve an issue I was having with the app in under an hour.

Not only does the app work as described, their customer service is fantastic! If you have any questions and/or issues these guys and gals are crazy quick to respond with comprehensive directions and screenshots that help you. I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with the MinMaxify team has been outstanding and they deserve to be recognized for their great service. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them.

Very simple to use with excellent support. We use this app for wholesale minimum order quantities. We have items organized using Shopify tags and then can create product groups based on those tags and apply a rule in MinMaxify to require minimum quantities or value for the order. Support has responded within minutes to our help request and been extremely helpful! For the price, this app is unbeatable! We have used apps that cost 10x as much that lacked the simple functionality of MinMaxify. Stop looking. This is the one.

This app is super easy to use and setup! Works great as intended and doesn't clash with all the other apps I have on my store modifying the cart page (using Zapiet & Upcharge). The support team are very thoughtful and attentive also, they were able to overcome an issue I had in a very clever way where customers with items in cart less than the minimum order value were able to add Gift Card purchase to the cart to checkout and expect free delivery. This app prevents customers from doing so.

Je recommande cette app Minmaxify! Elle est facile à comprendre et à utiliser mais elle est surtout indispensable pour nos 2 boutiques en ligne. Le service client répond rapidement et les explications sont toujours claires.

So ein guten und schnellen Support habe ich noch nie erlebt. Besten Dank dafür. Kann nur jedem die App empfehlen. Der Support ist auch noch um spät abends für einen da und hilft einem sofort. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Great App with alot of options but setup was Super Easy and Fast! We had 1 incompatibility with our theme but the Dev team and customer support resolved the issue within 60 minutes! Thank you everyone!

When I initially installed the app, there was a bug that was preventing it from working on my store. Their support team fixed the problem within an hour of me contacting them and now the app is working great and doing exactly what it's supposed to do!

My supplier limits quantity of 5 on any SKU in any order so this app worked perfectly to create that limiter.

We never have to worry about limiting products - once it's loaded the app does it for you! Also convenient when doing theme updates as it is automatically installed. Prompt customer service when needed.

Great App!!! Works just as advertised. Andres has been great to work with. Even followed up after the app was installed and fully functinal just to make sure everything was going well. 5 Stars is not enough! You need to give Andres a huge raise! I can't say enough about the customer service, I never felt like I was being a problem customer even though I probably was. Thanks for everything!

The app works fluidly and has great support team. I had few hiccups in installing the app and they were eradicated by the support team efficiently. Only unresloved challenge is that customers can bypass the app if they access the 'checkout url' somehow, the app becomes redundant. My feedback would be that App Settings must include options to update links abandoned checkout mails etc. Inform users regarding which other paths app wouldn't be able to stop and what are the way arounds to achieve the desired outcome.

Regarding your concern about customers bypassing the app through the 'checkout url,' we understand the issue and would like to provide a solution. Unfortunately, we are limited by the features available depending on Shopify's plan. We are in the process of implementing checkout extensions that address this concern, however Shopify only provides these extensions to Shopify Plus customers.

Great app and excellent support. Highly recommend the app for someone who want to set order limit on their stores. The good thing is they have customizable conditions. Also, thank you for the support team for making small custom requests.
