Great fast support. App solved an issue for us quickly :-)

App is easy to set up and customer service is VERY responsive - they helped us resolve our issue within minutes.

At first when I downloaded the app and set it up, it wasn't working to prevent customers from continuing to checkout. But I contacted support and very quickly they got back to me and solved the issue, and it did everything I needed it to do :) Only recommendations would be more ability to customize the popups that show up but for the price what more could you ask for!

This app works perfectly and solved a number of problems for us. Installation was quick and easy. We've been using "Order Limits - MinMaxify" for years, and it's been a significant enhancement. This app allows us to customize our shopping cart functions, ensuring that customers can only purchase specific product types or defined quantity at a time. It's been a tremendous help to our backend operations. The app's rich functionality lets us define complex 'add to cart' limitations effortlessly, thanks to its intuitive logic and rules. Very easy app to upload and integrate. Very user friendly for us non-techie people, just sayin'. Support from Joan R was excellent and super fast. This is so important when you take the plunge to add a new app. You're always worried about what it will do to your store set up. Joan was back to me within minutes answering my questions and guiding me thru the process. I also like the fact that I could personalize the pop up messages guiding our customers on how to modify their order to get the volume pricing. This is so important to us. We have a very specific 'culture' at our store and the messaging had to stay consistent with that, rather than the boiler plate messaging you often see which is impersonal. Pricing is fair too.

Great customer service!

So I only had this app installed for about an hour, but I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of the responses to the questions I posed even though it was very technical and obscure. We had some unique requirements which they unfortunately do not meet (and I do not think any app does..) but I was hugely impressed with the responsiveness and capability of the support. Give them a try! Other reviews mention the speed of support and I can back that one up. Shout out to a Joan! :)

Not only does the app work as described, their customer service is fantastic! If you have any questions and/or issues these guys and gals are crazy quick to respond with comprehensive directions and screenshots that help you. I typically do not leave reviews, but my experience with the MinMaxify team has been outstanding and they deserve to be recognized for their great service. These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them.
