We’ve been using the Orderpicking App for a few weeks now, and I’ll be honest — the start wasn’t great. We rolled it out to our warehouse team too early, before everything was fully set up, which naturally led to some frustration on their side. After that, I took ownership of the setup myself, tested everything thoroughly, fixed the little issues, and made sure the workflow was exactly how we needed it. Since then, it’s been running perfectly. We’re faster, completely paperless, and most importantly: we make far fewer mistakes. That means happier customers, fewer returns, and almost no extra shipments for missing items. What really sets this app apart, though, is the support. Their WhatsApp support is exceptional — not just quick to reply, but they genuinely think along with you. They clearly have tons of hands-on experience with real-world orderpicking, and their insights were incredibly valuable when we were just getting started. Once you take the time to set it up properly, it’s a real game changer.
