The reason I've been compelled to write the review is that right now the app is not working for my team or I right now. Sometimes you have to generate the picklist 2-3x before you can get it to load properly, it will just redirect you to the home page of Order Picklist with no orders shown UPDATE 7/23 - Bringing my review from 2 star to 4 stars, the customer support is unparalleled. Taylor reached out within 2 minutes of me putting in my ticket and was able to handle everything seamlessly. I still sometimes have to generate a picklist 2-3x before the page loads correctly, once that run seamlessly this is a 5 star app and I'd happily change my review.
I just responded to your email reporting this issue, did you not receive it? Trying to narrow down the problem you are having so I can solve it for you. Edit: Got in contact with the merchant. Was able to narrow down the issue a bit. They've reported that app is functioning properly for them now. I've advised the merchant to keep me posted if they run into any further issues.

Update: thank you for responding to my review. I searched my e-mail and haven’t found anything. Thank you for your explanation. The app works great but I do wish that I could access the other options for my products. I will continue to use it though and try and work around the issue. Thank you. I have reached out twice to the creators of this app to see if something can be fixed. This app doesn't no include variants from third-party apps like infinity options. Only the original varients through Shopify listing. No reply from the creators of this app, unfortunately.
I actually replied to your email both times... on July 14th and on July 13th. Here is a screenshot of those replies: https://i.imgur.com/L9nIdno.png I would recommend checking your spam folder to see if my emails maybe got sent there. As I stated in my email: Unfortunately no, I cannot access variants from other apps like the Infinity Options app. Apps are created by independent developers, the variants you create using their app are stored in their database which they manage. I am not affiliated with the developers of Infinity Options, and it would be an issue of privacy and security for them to share that data with other developers of different apps. As stated in the email I sent you, I can only access data that Shopify itself provides through it's API. I welcome any feature request and try to get every request added, but as I said, I literally cannot do this even if I wanted to because that app is by somebody else and I have literally no way to access that data...

Great app, love the layout. Just need page break between items and a way to print more than 50 orders at a time.

I was SOOO glad to have found this app! It's so simple, yet makes such a huge impact on the speed our team can get items pulled. We are a retail garden center that had to rapidly move our catalog online in response to the covid-19 shopping restrictions. With more than 20,000 SKUs spread across 5 acres, exporting a an alphabetized order list out of Shopify with items from all of our 120+ categories all mixed together, picking online orders wasn't working. There was an issue with exporting the list to CSV that the developer was able to fix almost immediately. Thanks!

The Order Picklist does exactly what it promises to - generates a picklist from the selected of orders. Support is brilliant - I needed a new feature in the app for a client and Taylor responded with the feature within 2 days over a weekend. Even when I was pedantic and spotted a tiny bug in the new feature, it was fixed within a few minutes.

This app has been extremely helpful for my business! I hand-make a lot of my products so it's very convenient to be able to compile a list of what needs to be made. :) I do keep stock a lot of my products too, so for those it's very convenient to just have a nice list to reference to and choose all the products I need to "pick" out for packing. Highly recommended for saving time! I used to have to print out all my packing slips and manually write out tallies of how many of each product I needed, so this has definitely saved me a lot of time and very worth it. Developer has been very helpful too, whenever there has been an issue I submit the problem and they make sure to fix it. Highly recommended for both big and small businesses!

This app is exactly what we were looking for!! Fantastic works like a charm!! Makes packing hundreds of orders a breeze. PS - if there is an issue with your store/theme, this developer responds LIGHTNING FAST via email! Life Changer App for us!!
