Everytime I've asked for help from OPT they've been really helpful and quickly problem solved. They are probably the best 'app' we have built into our shopify.
If you use complex Shopify setups like Cart Transforms or custom product bundles, Order Printer Pro is the way to go. I was struggling to get my personalized line-item properties to print correctly, and their support team helped me resolve the Liquid template conflict right away. Great app, even better support.
